Their “brut” is genuinely good — this sauvignon blanc is not. Odd, given they’re the same producer, but still white wine is unforgiving: without alcohol or bubbles to carry it there’s very little left to hide behind, and this one doesn’t have enough going on to survive the exposure. Buy the Surely brut instead and skip this entirely.
