Might be interesting as a mocktail ingredient, but I haven’t found a recipe for it yet, and it’s kind of meh on its own. Black ginger is an unusual base to build on and there’s clearly something there — it just needs a drink built around it, and I haven’t worked out what that drink is. Buy it if you enjoy experimenting; skip it if you want something to pour and drink.
