This one is a lot, and not in a good way. It’s very strong, and it can’t quite settle on what it wants to be: woodsy? English farm? India? Smoky? Sour? Spicy? Ginger-Asian? All of it is in there at once, and none of it adds up. Maybe a more creative person could find the drink this belongs in, but none of the ideas I tried got past the sour-bitter-acerbic-soapy note that dominates from the first sip and doesn’t let up. Not a good spirit, and an expensive one. Pretty bottle, though.
