This stuff is super tasty and grown up feeling. It’s basically just a premixed version of their bitters and some soda water, so you could easily make it yourself. But, I will say, I have a whole refrigerator full of an enviable bitters collection, and a nice soda water maker and…I don’t make it myself. So, completely worth buying premade if you’re like me. Low sugar, too.
