A pretty good approximation of a rum and coke. Cola does a lot of the heavy lifting in this drink even when there is rum in it, which is exactly why the non-alcoholic version has a better chance than most attempts at a spirit-forward classic — and Greenbar take the opening. It won’t fool anyone paying close attention, but it lands close enough to scratch the itch.
