Really nice lower-sugar strawberry botanical soda. Casamara Club are playing a specific game — sodas built like aperitivi, letting bitterness and botanicals do the work sugar usually does — and the Fora is a good argument for it. Strawberry could very easily have tipped into candy here; it doesn’t. Worth keeping cold for guests who want something interesting without a whole cocktail production.
