  • 1/4 oz pineapple tamarind
  • 1/4 oz Anima Mundi Apothecary Viridian
  • 1 oz Little Saints St Ember
  • 1 dash Hella smoked chili bitters
  • 1 dash turmeric bitters (optional)

Doesn’t win any awards for beauty, but the pineapple-tamarind and St Ember combination works. Would probably also work as a highball topped with soda.
